After thorough investigation, your IU Indianapolis Team put together a list of recommendations based on the research conducted and the information found.

Recommendation #1: Market Policy Information and Insurance Tips that are Transparent To Create Client Loyalty 

  • Express in clear terms what the policy coverage entails 

  • Do not hid information from client that will be beneficial for the business but not for the client in the long haul  

  • Discuss what benefits the clients most 
     

Recommendation #2: Create Short, Trendy Educational Content to Further Insurance Literacy Among Gen Z and to Educate Clients with Insurnace Tips  

  • Creating trendy, educational content is an easy way to get parents to engage their children with the insurance world.  

  • Post insurance tips that allow clients to further investigate coverage needs that they did not know before  

  • Educate clients and local social media users with ways to get more coverage, save money, and gain more importance of the necessity insurance  

 

Recommendation #3: Post on Personal Social Media Page to Grow Personability and Relatability  

  • Create media that relates to clients and the media on a personal and humanity level such as posing testimonials  

  • Post media such as “A Day in the Life” videos of an insurance agent broker or ways that insurance coverage has changed your life personally or client testimonials  

  • Relate to the clients and the public to create the feeling that you are more than an insurance agent broker, but also a trusted friend that knows hardship and will be there for you in a pinch 

 

Recommendation #4: Post Content through Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, in a Timely, Consistent Manner to Reach the Maximum Amount of Viewers 

  • Create a specialized calendar inserting days for media posts, content creation, and idea meetings for new media  

  • Set aside a media content day to film majority of content – This allows for content creation to not be a daily overwhelming task 

  • Post content daily and vary the methods such as the use of stories, reels, and pictures to vary exposure on social media platforms.
